Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! If you are placing an international order, please make sure you select the correct shipping at checkout or your order will be cancelled.
How long does shipping take?
My Turnaround time is up to 18 business days; no weekends are included in that time frame. If you need something sooner, I do offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please reach out to me if you need something rushed. Once the package is with the delivery service, it can take up to 2 weeks to get to you depending on where you are.
How do I track my order?
Tracking will be updated as soon as your order is shipped. You will recieve an email with tracking information

How do I return an item?
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive to you defective. You must contact us within 7 business days if your item is defective.

How do I keep my items good as new?
Washing:
- Wash garment inside out to aid in damage prevention from other items in load
- Wash colored and white garments separately
- Use cold/warm water
- Use a mild soap or detergent
- Remove garments from washer promptly
Drying:
- Hang dry on wooden or plastic hangers (strongly recommended)
- If machine dried, set for AIR or Low heat ONLY
- Remove promptly when cycle is completed
DO NOT:
- DO NOT use metal hangers, they may leave rust marks
- DO NOT wash in hot water
- DO NOT iron
- DO NOT overload washer/dryer
- DO NOT dry clean
- DO NOT use chlorine bleach or a bleach substitute
- DO NOT use a fabric softener, i.e. Downy, Woolite, on MXS Moisture – Management Garments – it reduces wicking

How does your Turnaround Time work?
By placing an order with Indi Jean Collective, you as the customer agree to the turnaround time listed on the website, Facebook post, Instagram post, etc.
Turnaround time varies 10-24 business days and does not included Fridays, weekends, or holidays.
Your Turnaround Time does not start until I receive payment. Any commitment before a payment is received is invalid. Items do not get ordered/made before payment is received.
